Omen Code Strike Again with “Seizure,” the Latest Transmission from Industrial Music’s Rising Duo

Following the momentum of their acclaimed debut album, Omen Code return with a new single that continues the project’s exploration of dark electronic soundscapes and industrial precision.

Omen Code have unveiled their latest single, “Seizure,” delivering another chapter in the rapidly evolving story of one of industrial music’s most intriguing newer acts. While the track stands on its own as a powerful release, it also arrives as the latest offering from a duo that has been steadily building momentum since the launch of their debut album, Alpha State.

Formed by Kevin Gould, known for his work with Electro Assassin and Johnson Engineering Co., alongside vocalist Agi Taralas of Our Banshee, Omen Code bring together decades of experience from across the industrial and electronic underground. The project quickly gained attention following its signing to Dependent Records, a label long respected within the EBM, industrial, and dark electronic communities.

From Alpha State to Seizure: Expanding the Omen Code Universe

Since the release of Alpha State, Omen Code have steadily emerged as one of the more compelling acts within today’s industrial underground. Built on the combined talents of Kevin Gould and Agi Taralas, the project balances the foundations of classic industrial and EBM with a modern production approach that feels purposeful rather than nostalgic.

That balance is increasingly difficult to achieve. Instead of chasing current trends or simply recreating the sounds that inspired them, Omen Code continue carving out their own identity by blending atmosphere, tension, and precision into something distinctly their own.

With “Seizure,” the duo push deeper into the darker reaches of that vision. Layered electronics, driving rhythms, and Taralas’ commanding vocal performance create a track that unfolds with relentless momentum, pulling listeners into its world from the opening moments. While fans of Alpha State will immediately recognize the project’s sonic DNA, Seizure reveals a darker, sharper edge that further expands the Omen Code universe without abandoning the elements that made the project stand out in the first place.

🎶 Listen Now

Rather than feeling like a departure, Seizure feels like the natural next step in the evolution of Omen Code—a release that builds upon the foundation established by Alpha State while hinting at even greater possibilities still waiting beyond the horizon.

As Omen Code continue expanding their catalog, Seizure demonstrates why the duo have become a notable new force within modern industrial music. For listeners drawn to intelligent electronic production, dark atmospheres, and uncompromising creative vision, this latest release is well worth investigating.

Combichrist Cranks the Chaos Higher with Explosive New Single “Only Here For A Good Time”

Industrial-metal veterans Combichrist return with a relentless new anthem and a high-voltage music video as anticipation builds for their upcoming album The Venom In The Mouth Of God, arriving this July via Out Of Line Music.*

Industrial-metal juggernauts Combichrist are back with another devastating transmission from the underground. Their brand-new single, “Only Here For A Good Time,” has officially arrived alongside a fresh music video produced by G13 Production House, delivering another brutal glimpse into the chaos and intensity surrounding the band’s forthcoming album, The Venom In The Mouth Of God, scheduled for release on July 24, 2026.

Unlike the suffocating slow-burn aggression of previous single “Demons Wanna Be Summoned,” this newest release erupts with immediate force. “Only Here For A Good Time” trades creeping tension for a fast-moving, adrenaline-fueled assault, balancing sharp industrial rhythms with metallic aggression and reckless abandon. Beneath its infectious energy lies the same darkness and emotional corrosion that has always defined Combichrist’s sound, proving the band can still evolve without losing the brutality that built their legacy.

The accompanying video amplifies that energy even further, pushing the track’s destructive atmosphere into visual form with chaotic performance intensity and cinematic grit. The result feels less like a traditional music video and more like a warning shot from a band fully locked into its most volatile era yet.

“The Venom In The Mouth Of God” continues shaping up as one of the band’s most ambitious records to date. Previous singles including “Desolation,” “RISE,” “Feraline,” and “Demons Wanna Be Summoned” featuring King 810 have each explored different corners of the album’s sonic identity, ranging from crushing industrial-metal violence to darker, more introspective territory. Together, the releases suggest an album determined to push beyond Combichrist’s established formula while preserving the raw aggression fans expect.

Founded in 2003 by Andy LaPlegua, Combichrist emerged from Atlanta as one of the defining acts in industrial metal and aggrotech. Across albums like Making Monsters, One Fire, and 2024’s CMBCRST, the project has built a global reputation through relentless touring, violent live energy, and a genre-defying fusion of EBM, industrial, metal, and electronic chaos. Their music has appeared in major gaming franchises including Devil May Cry 5, while their explosive live performances have earned them spots alongside giants like Rammstein.

The band is also preparing for a massive festival season in 2026, including a headlining appearance at Dark Force Fest 2026 and performances at Alcatraz Metal Festival 2026 and M’era Luna 2026.

Lindsay Schoolcraft Confronts Trauma and Transformation on “Harrowing”

With sharper metallic aggression, haunting atmosphere, and emotionally unfiltered songwriting, Lindsay Schoolcraft returns with her most vulnerable and devastating release to date.

Canadian dark rock visionary Lindsay Schoolcraft emerges once again from the shadows with the announcement of her upcoming full-length album Harrowing, arriving June 19. Known for blending cinematic darkness with deeply personal storytelling, Schoolcraft pushes her sound into heavier territory this time around, thanks in part to collaboration with producer Justin deBlieck. The result is an album that feels both emotionally crushing and sonically explosive — balancing metallic intensity with gothic elegance.

https://images.openai.com/static-rsc-4/Kr7p21jfXWA7nVbD7432rWPkl7pU4vC9-AZUTMO8cLaAqNmjBKunbqzWKXdZ6VKF1StMlLxwjkSlHOkjdQ8LFj2oNogGHaL1h-AKYHFAZZbCbQMGYcpdWM8Oq8bE5PHAFGiR_RBu1xgzC9oO3CCuD3zyVhopWMYaF4QQtOHudggTsuYgxnTf3K6V-64HyU3G?purpose=fullsize

A Soundtrack for Survival and Healing

Harrowing stands as a deeply personal exploration of surviving narcissistic abuse and reclaiming identity after emotional devastation. Across seven emotionally charged tracks, the album unfolds like a psychological and spiritual journey — moving through awareness, grief, rage, revenge, hope, and eventual liberation.

Musically, the album refuses to stay confined within one lane. Schoolcraft continues weaving together elements of metalcore, nu-metal, dark rock, and rocktronica, while preserving the orchestral textures and cinematic choirs that have become central to her artistic identity. The contrast between crushing heaviness and ethereal atmosphere gives the record a uniquely immersive emotional weight.

At the center of it all remains Lindsay’s unmistakable voice — fragile one moment, ferocious the next — guiding listeners through every emotional collapse and resurrection the album presents.

“Crucified” Ignites the Fire

Leading the charge is the single “Crucified,” a blistering anthem aimed directly at the emotional scars left behind by manipulation and abuse. Fueled by religious symbolism, righteous anger, and brutally honest lyricism, the track channels pain into confrontation rather than silence.

The visual aesthetic surrounding Harrowing reinforces those themes of destruction and rebirth. Inspired by Alphonse Mucha’s L’Illustration (Noël 1897), the album artwork mirrors the emotional duality of death and renewal that pulses throughout the record.

A Collaborative Force Behind the Darkness

Schoolcraft assembled an impressive roster of collaborators to help shape the album’s massive emotional and sonic scope. Guest harsh vocalist Krista Shipperbottom appears on the track “So Alive,” while composer contributions arrive from Rocky Gray, Spencer Creaghan, and Brian Cook.

Her own live band also played a significant role in the creation of the record, with guitarist Cody Johnstone and drummer Dylan Gowan helping bring additional power and cohesion to the album’s evolving sound.

Rather than simply revisiting familiar gothic territory, Harrowing feels like an artist reclaiming power through confrontation — transforming trauma into something cinematic, crushing, and ultimately freeing.

⚡ A SIGNAL FROM THE VOID

Evol Music Group has officially signed Elektrikill, the project of Steve Vil, marking a calculated step deeper into the industrial underground. This isn’t a surface-level collaboration—it’s an alignment of intent. Cold, deliberate, and unapologetically intense.

Lyrically, the song captures the struggle to grow in a collapsing world, reminding listeners that pain and persistence are catalysts for true evolution. It’s not just a single — it’s an anthem for anyone refusing to stay static in the face of destruction.

🎧 Produced and engineered by McBee himself, the track balances machine-like brutality with cinematic atmosphere, creating a soundscape that’s both punishing and uplifting. Longtime fans will recognize The Browning’s unmistakable energy, but “EVOLVE” also signals a sharper, more refined sonic direction that could define their next era.

🔥 Since their 2011 debut Burn This World, The Browning have remained a force in the industrial metal scene, uniting EDM, hardcore, and cyberpunk aesthetics into something uniquely their own. “EVOLVE” reaffirms their legacy — and hints at a possible new album that could take their sound even deeper into the digital abyss.

Flesh Field Unveils Remastered Single ‘Allegiance’ Ahead of Belief Control Reissue

The US electro-industrial act Flesh Field, led by founder Ian Ross, has just released a new single, “Allegiance.” This 2025 remastered version of the song is a taste of the forthcoming reissue of the group’s second album, Belief Control, which is set for release on October 31, 2025, via Metropolis Records.

This remastered version of “Allegiance” continues the momentum of Flesh Field’s resurrection. The group returned to the scene in 2023 with the new album Voice Of The Echo Chamber, followed by the Voice Of Reason EP in early 2024. In June 2025, they reissued a remastered version of their 1999 debut, Viral Extinction, as part of Metropolis Records’ plan to re-release the entire back catalog.

Originally released in 2001, Belief Control solidified Flesh Field’s status in the electro-industrial scene with its bombastic symphonic elements and intricate programming. After a hiatus that lasted nearly two decades, the band’s music remained relevant, appearing in TV shows like True Blood and video games like Project Gotham Racing.

RAY NOIR Confronts Defiance and Love on New EP, Against The Machine

London-based artist RAY NOIR has just released his most personal and unapologetic effort to date, the EP Against The Machine. This EP is a blend of industrial rock, goth, and electro-metal, and explores love, loss, and defiance from the perspective of a queer person fighting to be seen.

Against The Machine features a guest appearance from Grammy-winning guitarist Steve Stevens and was produced by Jon Cass. The project is described by Noir as “romantic, violent, tender, and angry all at once,” a scream from the margins for those who have always been told they don’t deserve love.

Along with the EP, Ray Noir has released a music video for the single “Mad World.” The video for this politically charged ballad, which you can watch here, strips everything back to expose the stark reality of living in a world dictated by power and corruption.

You can stream or download Against The Machine HERE

A Deluxe Edition of the EP is set to follow in December 2025, featuring exclusive remixes by Tension Control, Verona on Venus, Junkie Kut, and Die Kur. The EP will also be released on vinyl and CD at a later date.

GATES TO HELL Drops New Single ‘Disfigured’ Ahead of Fall Tour Dates

Louisville natives GATES TO HELL are back with a new digital single, “Disfigured.” The track is a brutally heavy, all-killer-no-filler song—essentially one long, punishing breakdown. The single is a B-side from the band’s recent album, Death Comes to All, which was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Randy LeBoeuf.

The band comments that they wrote the track a few years ago and decided to release it now to coincide with their upcoming tour with Dying Fetus. They recall playing it on a 2023 tour where it got the crowd moving every night, and they’re excited to finally have it out for the world to hear.

Starting on September 20th, GATES TO HELL will embark on a 24-day trek that includes performances at the New England Metal & Hardcore Fest and Louder Than Life. They will also join headliners Dying Fetus on their ‘Into The Cesspool’ US/Canadian 2025 tour with Mugshot. Following the tour, the band will wrap up the year with a show in Albany, New York, before kicking off a run in Europe with Sanguisugabogg, Fulci, and Celestial Sanctuary in the new year.

The band’s recent album, Death Comes to All, was fueled by youthful ambition and a sharp creative focus, with producer Randy LeBoeuf elevating their sound to new heights. The album’s artwork, crafted by WYRMWALK, offers a fitting representation of the blood-soaked dread and suffocating darkness within the music. The album is available in multiple formats, including CD and various vinyl pressings.
