Dark textures, emotional circuitry, and electronic melancholy collide as Dogtablet return with a new sonic transmission.
Independent dark electronic act Dogtablet have officially published their latest release, Designed To Fade. The new album continues the project’s descent into atmospheric tension, blending industrial textures, synth-driven emotion, and shadowy alternative electronics into a release that feels both intimate and mechanically cold.
Built around haunting moods and layered electronic arrangements, Designed To Fade captures the sensation of watching memories decay in real time. The release moves through waves of isolation, digital exhaustion, and emotional erosion while still maintaining enough rhythmic momentum to keep listeners locked into its hypnotic pulse.
Dogtablet’s approach leans heavily into cinematic sound design, allowing the darker emotional undertones to breathe between distorted synth lines, driving percussion, and immersive ambience. Rather than chasing polished perfection, the album embraces fragility and deterioration as part of its identity — turning fading signals into something strangely beautiful.
For listeners immersed in darkwave, industrial electronica, synth-driven post-industrial soundscapes, and emotionally charged underground electronic music, Designed To Fade delivers another descent into the fractured spaces between human emotion and machine precision.
The signal is back—and it’s stronger, deeper, and more immersive than ever. Klayton returns with a new transmission that doesn’t just tease music, but unveils an entire evolving universe.
Spring may be arriving on Earth, but somewhere beyond the atmosphere, time feels distorted. That sense of displacement fuels the latest chapter of Scandroid, where reflection, isolation, and forward motion collide. What begins as a personal message quickly transforms into a massive reveal: a new era is officially underway.
A New Chapter Begins: “Lost in the Stars” Lands Now
The first glimpse into the upcoming Lost Horizon album arrives with the release of the new single “Lost in the Stars.”
This isn’t just a standalone track—it’s the opening portal into a fully realized concept album already taking shape behind the scenes. Multiple songs are complete, and as expected from Klayton’s creative process, this project is far from a simple collection of tracks. It’s a narrative-driven experience, meticulously constructed with intention and depth.
Beyond Music: A Cyberpunk Universe in Motion / Darker Tones, Deeper Immersion
Sonically, Lost Horizon pushes Scandroid into darker territory. The lighter, nostalgic tones take a step back as cyberpunk intensity takes center stage. Early demos suggest a heavier, more atmospheric direction—leaning into shadow, tension, and cinematic scale, reinforcing the feeling that this is not just an album—it’s a world.
Breaking Away from the Algorithm / A Universe Worth Getting Lost In
Underneath the announcements lies a deeper philosophy that challenges the current state of music consumption. Klayton reflects on the disposable nature of streaming culture, shifting focus away from vanity metrics and toward meaningful connection, ownership, and intentional listening.
With Lost Horizon, Scandroid isn’t just releasing music—it’s constructing an ecosystem. Between narrative storytelling, alternative distribution models, collectible physical formats, and a darker sonic direction, this era signals one of the most ambitious undertakings in Klayton’s catalog—and it all begins with a single transmission.
A wave of hazy emotion and dark atmosphere emerges as Artoffact Records unleashes “lovesick,” the latest release from clubdrugs—a track that drifts between vulnerability and detachment like a signal lost in static.
A Sound Wrapped in Melancholy ⚙️
“lovesick” doesn’t rush—it lingers.
Built on a foundation of washed-out textures, pulsing rhythms, and immersive layers, the track captures that strange emotional limbo where longing and numbness coexist. It’s not explosive. It’s consuming.
clubdrugs crafts a sonic environment that feels intimate yet distant—like memories replaying through a distorted lens.
Emotion in Slow Motion ⚡
At its core, “lovesick” explores the weight of emotional disconnection. The kind that doesn’t always arrive loudly, but instead creeps in quietly, settling deep beneath the surface.
There’s a tension between holding on and letting go—between feeling everything and feeling nothing at all.
And that tension drives the entire track forward.
With Artoffact Records continuing to push the boundaries of dark electronic and alternative music, “lovesick” fits seamlessly into a catalog known for blending atmosphere with edge.
clubdrugs adds another layer to that identity—bringing a sound that is both deeply personal and sonically expansive.
FiXT continues to push the boundaries of electronic and industrial music with the release of “Lost in Time,” the latest track from rising artist Kaixo. Blending atmospheric intensity with cinematic sound design, this release pulls listeners into a distorted sonic landscape where time feels fluid and reality begins to fracture.
Kaixo has been steadily carving out a unique space within the dark electronic scene, and “Lost in Time” is a powerful continuation of that evolution. The track delivers a haunting fusion of immersive textures, driving rhythms, and emotionally charged energy—perfectly aligned with FiXT’s reputation for forward-thinking, genre-bending releases.
With its hypnotic pacing and layered production, “Lost in Time” feels less like a song and more like an experience—one that invites listeners to disconnect from the present and drift into something far more surreal. It’s a statement piece that reinforces Kaixo’s growing influence and FiXT’s commitment to showcasing cutting-edge talent.
FiXT continues its domination of the dark electronic frontier with the release of “Exiles,” a high-impact collaboration between Kodeseven and Fury Weekend that merges cinematic intensity with synth-driven power.
The new single lands as a bold statement from two artists known for pushing the boundaries of modern alternative electronic music. “Exiles” doesn’t simply exist within the synthwave and industrial spectrum — it detonates through it, fusing melodic tension, razor-sharp production, and an undercurrent of emotional urgency that lingers long after the final note fades.
A Collision of Cinematic and Cybernetic Energy
Kodeseven and Fury Weekend bring distinct sonic identities into this collaboration, creating a track that feels both massive and precise. Layers of shimmering synth textures collide with punchy rhythms and soaring melodic lines, while the production carries FiXT’s signature polish — clean, powerful, and engineered for impact.
The result is a track that feels built for night drives, neon skylines, and the kind of internal battles that fuel late-night reflection. “Exiles” balances atmosphere and aggression with precision, delivering an immersive experience that speaks to fans of dark synth, industrial-leaning electronica, and emotionally charged alt-electronic hybrids.
FiXT’s Expanding Arsenal of Heavy Electronic Sound
FiXT continues to prove why it remains a cornerstone label within the alternative electronic movement. By pairing artists like Kodeseven and Fury Weekend, the label amplifies innovation while maintaining a cohesive sonic identity rooted in cinematic depth and modern intensity.
“Exiles” stands as another testament to that vision — bold, immersive, and engineered for repeat plays.
The engines are screaming, the neon is flickering, and the countdown has begun. Carpenter Brut has unleashed his latest single, “Speed Or Perish,” a high-octane descent into chaos pulled from his forthcoming album Leather Temple, arriving February 27 via No Quarter Prod / Virgin Records. The track doesn’t simply play — it detonates.
Leather Temple marks the third and final chapter in Carpenter Brut’s Leather trilogy — a saga that has fused cinematic horror, glam-metal excess, and dystopian synthwave into a blood-soaked neon mythology. This new installment places listeners at the heart of Midwichpolis, a post-apocalyptic metropolis born from nuclear fallout. At its core stands the Leather Temple itself — a brutal coliseum where speed is survival and hesitation is extinction.
“Speed Or Perish” captures the sonic violence of that arena. Propulsive synth lines slam against electro-stomp percussion and heavy, razor-edged riffs, while dramatic electronics escalate the tension into something primal. It feels like engines revving before impact — like a crowd roaring as war machines collide in a life-or-death race.
Directed and written by Seth Ickerman and produced by No Quarter Prod, the accompanying video transforms that concept into a high-speed bloodbath. Blades flash. Gunfire erupts. Metal tears into metal. It is relentless, visceral, and unapologetically brutal — a visual extension of the track’s ferocity.
Leather Temple pushes Carpenter Brut’s sound into even more cinematic territory while sharpening its attack. The album leans into a saturated ’90s electro atmosphere — dark, unflinching, and driven by distorted layers and cutting beats. Each track functions like a scene in a film: concise, charged, and kinetic. There’s no time for exposition. It hits fast. It hits hard.
The Leather series began in 2018 with Leather Teeth, a stylized homage to ’80s glam rock excess. In 2022, Leather Terror shifted into darker territory, delivering a slasher-horror narrative centered on the vengeful killer Bret Halford. With Leather Temple, the trilogy reaches its climax — a final act that blends cinematic storytelling with relentless sonic propulsion.
Leather Temple Track Listing:
Ouverture (Deus Ex Machina) Major Threat Leather Temple She Rules The Ruins Start Your Engines Neon Requiem Iron Sanctuary The Misfits The Rebels Speed or Perish The End Complete
Since 2012, Carpenter Brut has carved out a singular space within the global synthwave movement, merging electronic music, metal aggression, and deep-rooted 1980s pop culture into a cohesive, shadow-drenched universe. Drawing inspiration from horror auteurs like John Carpenter and Dario Argento, as well as the sonic assault of Slayer and Justice, he has built a stylized world where retro thrillers collide with futuristic dystopia.
That immersive vision explodes to life on stage. Carpenter Brut has announced a run of live shows across Europe, the USA, and Canada in March 2026, including a special standalone UK headline appearance at London’s Shepherds Bush Empire on March 22. Full dates and ticket information are available here.
⚙️ Carpenter Brut has officially announced his new album Leather Temple, arriving February 27th via No Quarter PROD / Virgin Records. The record closes the door on the ambitious Leather trilogy and pushes its cinematic narrative into a fully realized dystopian future.
🧥 The Final Chapter of the Leather Saga Leather Temple stands as the third and concluding entry following 2018’s Leather Teeth—a glam-soaked, retro-charged debut—and 2022’s Leather Terror, a darker slasher-horror descent centered on serial-killer anti-hero Brett Halford. As with its predecessors, the new album functions as both a musical release and a narrative soundtrack, unfolding like a brutal, neon-lit film.
🌆 2077: A World in Ruins The story leaps forward to the year 2077. Decades after a nuclear catastrophe, civilization exists under the rule of a transhuman elite known as the Overlords, who reside in glowing megacities while the rest of humanity struggles among the wreckage. At the center of this fractured world is Midwichpolis, a capital ruled by the iron-fisted tyrant Iron Tusk—addicted to a synthetic drug called Pink Base and obsessed with eternal life.
🏁 Speed or Perish To maintain control, Iron Tusk broadcasts Speed or Perish, a weekly death race promising freedom to its contestants—an escape no one has ever achieved. Far from the capital, in the Midwichslums, a rebel collective known as the Horde fights back. Led by Lita Connor, the group uncovers a forgotten cold room buried in the ruins. Inside lies Bret Halford—Leather Teeth himself—frozen in time.
🦾 Reforged for Rebellion Upgraded with advanced technology and reborn as a half-man, half-machine weapon, Bret becomes the unlikely spearhead of a resistance determined to dismantle the regime. This violent, hyper-stylized world forms the backbone of Leather Temple, brought to life visually through the title track’s official video.
🎥 Sound, Speed, and Saturation Musically, Leather Temple leans harder into urgency and impact. The album is more cinematic and orchestral, yet sharper and more direct—channeling a saturated ’90s electro atmosphere that’s dark, aggressive, and unrelenting. Tracks hit like scenes: short, explosive, and relentless. There’s no exposition—only motion. Neon flickers, engines roar, and tension never lets up.

French synthwave titan Carpenter Brut has returned, tearing open the next chapter of his dark cinematic universe with the release of “Leather Temple,” the first single from the third and final installment of his legendary Leather trilogy, arriving in 2026. Brut’s newest offering is a serrated collision of abrasive beats, metallic tension, and dystopian world-building—his most ambitious vision yet.
Directed by Dehn Sora, the accompanying video introduces Midwichpolis, a scorched post-nuclear metropolis reborn from the ashes of 2077. This sprawling nightmare city forms the narrative backbone of the new album.
At its core stands the monolithic Temple, a blackened tower piercing the skyline like a ceremonial blade. It serves as the throne of Iron Tusk, the brutal ruler whose empire thrives on fear, propaganda, and decadence. While the upper sectors—known as the City of Light—bathe in neon excess, holographic glamour, and grotesque luxury, the truth is far more rotten. Below the shimmering facade stretch the Midwich Slums, a labyrinth of ruin, poverty, and perpetual surveillance. Here, rebellion simmers. Here, the shadows swallow the innocent whole.
“Leather Temple” channels this tension directly into sound. Its steel-sharpened beats and heavy metal-kissed riffs echo the rage of the oppressed, while blistering neon synths reflect the glowing corruption above. Saturated in 90s electro grit and soaked in dystopian atmosphere, the track stomps forward with distorted aggression and relentless propulsion—classic Carpenter Brut, but fiercer, darker, and even more cinematic.
Since erupting onto the scene in 2012, Carpenter Brut has fused metal, dark electronic music, and ‘80s pop culture into his own unmistakable universe—equal parts John Carpenter, Dario Argento, Slayer, and Justice. The Leather trilogy has become a modern mythos: • Leather Teeth (2018) — a glam-rock-infused neon nightmare • Leather Terror (2022) — a brutal slasher odyssey following anti-hero Brett Halford • The forthcoming final chapter — the ultimate crescendo of this filmic saga
Carpenter Brut’s live spectacle continues to evolve alongside the narrative, and he has announced extensive European and U.S. dates for March 2026, including a massive North American co-headline run with HEALTH.

The release of Death Kiss has been preceded by three singles. “Black Lipstick” set the stage with its distinct synth-driven sound, followed by “Start A War,” which brought a new level of rhythmic intensity. Industrial music provocateurs spankthenun have released a new project titled BLAK, which they are presenting not as a traditional album but as a “declassified sonic dossier.” The release is framed as an urgent advisory to the public, warning of an “imminent data release” detailing a phenomenon described as a subculture unified by a stark, dark aesthetic.
The band states that the project is a deep-field study into a “memetic contagion” and that the tracks themselves are “stabilizations” of data. These sonic interpretations include “The Singularity Edit,” which represents an act of separation from the mainstream, and “The Event Horizon Edit,” which explores the boundary of this subculture. A third track, “The Absolute Zero Rendition,” captures what the band calls the sound of “elegant, defiant isolation.”
In a statement, the band acknowledged their role in the phenomenon, saying, “We were not composing; we were documenting a memetic contagion…This release is a warning, an invitation, and a confession. We are all part of the experiment now.”
BLAK is now available on all major streaming platforms, with exclusive versions offered on their Bandcamp page.
BLAK is a chilling and atmospheric release that pushes the boundaries of industrial music, delivering a soundscape that is both immersive and unsettling. The project’s unique conceptual framing as a government-style data release adds to its intrigue and artistic weight. It is a must-listen for fans of industrial, darkwave, and experimental electronic music.
FiXT has officially released “NIGHT OF,” the latest powerful single from electronic rock artist The Anix. Known for pushing the boundaries between modern rock and industrial electronica, the project, led by Brandon Smith, delivers a track that showcases a meticulous blend of driving synthetic rhythms, atmospheric soundscapes, and soaring vocal melodies. The single represents the next chapter in the band’s ever-evolving sonic journey, immediately grabbing listeners and drawing them into a darker, more introspective world.
Thematically and sonically, “NIGHT OF” is a nocturnal anthem that explores introspection and the unknown. The track’s production is polished yet haunting, built on a foundation of pulsing basslines and intricate synth work that creates a cinematic, dystopian atmosphere. The song builds tension with its dynamic arrangement, culminating in an emotionally charged chorus that feels both epic and deeply personal. It’s a testament to The Anix’s ability to craft songs that are not only sonically compelling but also rich in narrative depth, providing a multi-layered experience for longtime fans and new listeners alike.
With “NIGHT OF,” The Anix solidifies its reputation as a leading force in the electronic rock scene. The single stands as a testament to the project’s consistent quality and creative vision, maintaining the high standard set by previous releases on the FiXT label. This new song offers a tantalizing preview of what’s to come, hinting at a larger body of work on the horizon. Fans are encouraged to stream “NIGHT OF” now and stay connected for more announcements from The Anix and FiXT.
A genre-bending fusion of synthwave, EBM, and industrial darkwave that pulls no punches

The New Jersey-based duo, Augustine Backer and Eric Shans, have been steadily pushing the boundaries of modern electronic music. With Conflicted, they channel the raw emotion of synth-driven melodies into pounding, dystopian rhythms that blur the line between EBM, industrial, darkwave, and synthwave—offering a sonic journey that’s as introspective as it is danceable.
Stay tuned for pre-orders, track previews, and a full breakdown of the album’s conceptual themes, which promise to strike deep into the tension between self-awareness and struggle.

“Prophecy” – A Nightmarish Fusion of Synthwave & Metal 💀⚡
GOST’s latest album, “Prophecy”, is out now on Metal Blade Records and has already made a massive impact, landing multiple Billboard chart positions: 🏆 #1 Electronic Albums 🏆 #14 Current Hard Rock Albums 🏆 #20 Top New Artist Albums
Blending darkwave, industrial, and black metal, GOST’s sonic world is as eerie as it is electrifying. The Texas-based multi-instrumentalist and producer has been a genre-defying force since the release of “Radio Macabre” (2013) and “Skull” (2013). Prophecy marks a return to the project’s harsher and more aggressive roots, delivering a relentless assault of pounding synth-driven brutality.
🔥 Decibel Magazine – “Hellish blasts of blackened industrial like ‘Death In Bloom’ and ‘Digital Death’ harken back to the digital demonology of 2018’s ‘Possessor.’ While harshness eclipses hooks, mascara traces remain: ‘Widow Song’ enjoys the silence of humanity’s demise.”
🔥 Revolver Magazine – “Bewitching black-metal hisses laid over thumping darkwave synths and thwacking industrial drums. A match made in Hell.”
🔥 Kerrang! – “The world his music inhabits is nocturnal and sinister, bathed in crimson neon; while its electronic beats might point a bony finger in the direction of the dancefloor, the environment it portrays is more ritual than rave…’
🔥 No Clean Singing – “GOST provides both synth and metal purists a focal point to indulge upon with hellish glee. ‘Prophecy’ will no doubt go down as a stylistic staple, an example of how to make immense music of infinite flavors that pulverizes all fortunate enough to be in its wake.”
