OCEANS makes an emphatic return, marking their resurgence since the release of their second studio album “Hell Is Where The Heart Is” last November. The German nu-metal ensemble presents their latest single, a cover of SYSTEM OF A DOWN’s timeless classic ‘Chop Suey’. True to their signature style, OCEANS imparts their distinctive touch to the song, crafting a darker rendition of this legendary track as a homage to their musical origins.

Accompanying the new single, OCEANS treats fans to an insightful behind-the-scenes video, offering a glimpse into their creative process. Watch it here: Behind-the-Scenes Video
Timo Rotten, the band’s vocalist, comments on the endeavor: “Toxicity was one of my favorite albums when it came out, but I hadn’t heard it in a while. Then Thomas dug it up again a few weeks ago and the question immediately came to my mind: How would this sound with growls? And whether I could do it at all. We just had to try it out. Did I get it right? I think you have to decide for yourselves.”
