๐ŸŽง๐Ÿฆ‡ BLOOD VULTURE Unleashes “Grey Mourning” (Feat. AFI’s Jade Puget) – Debut Album “Die Close” Out June 27th! ๐ŸŽง

Feast upon the gothic sludge night stalker, BLOOD VULTURE, created by Jordan Olds (2 Minutes To Late Night), as they unveil their 2nd single, “Grey Mourning” (Featuring Jade Puget of AFI), from the upcoming debut album, Die Close, set to be unleashed on June 27th via Pure Noise Records.

Commenting on the song, Olds states: “When I was in middle school, AFI was my gateway to punk, hardcore, and goth. Jade Puget specifically was probably the biggest influence on my guitar playing and songwriting in that very formative time in my life. He’s such a melodic and unique player, and “Grey Mourning” is just a barrage of chromatic death metal riffs, so I thought it would be a really fun juxtaposition to set him loose in that kind of space and see what he came up with. I was honored that he agreed to do it, and his solo is so cool and unpredictable. It was exactly what I wanted. In my freshman year of highschool, I snagged a black Les Paul studio because I saw him playing one in the Leaving Song Pt. II video and that’s actually the same guitar that I used to mimic his solo for the video. So this whole thing has been a wild full circle moment for me. Oh yeah, and the song is about vampires.”

โ›“๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ MUGSHOT Blasts Celebrity Culture with Crushing New Single “Next To Your Idols”! New Album “All The Devils Are Here” Arrives June 20th! ๐ŸŽง๐Ÿ’€

San Jose metalcore/hardcore juggernaut MUGSHOT has unleashed their second blistering single, “Next To Your Idols,” from their highly anticipated sophomore album, “All The Devils Are Here,” set to detonate on June 20th via Pure Noise Records. This track is a furious indictment of celebrity worship and the disturbing trend of idolizing those who abuse their power and platform.

“‘Next To Your Idols’ is a critique on celebrity culture and the adornment of those who use their platform to mistreat or take advantage of others,” the band states with righteous anger. “Itโ€™s an indictment on Hollywood and the manipulation that surrounds it and similar circles.” The track delivers this message with MUGSHOT’s signature blend of brutal metalcore and hardcore intensity, a sonic battering ram aimed squarely at the toxic underbelly of fame.

“All The Devils Are Here,” a massive 12-track record produced by Randy Leboeuf (known for his work with Kublai Kahn, The Acacia Strain, Gideon, and Bad Omens), marks a significant new chapter for MUGSHOT. Following their hard-hitting 2023 EP, “Cold Will,” and nearly a decade after their acclaimed full-length debut, “Dull Boy,” this album sees vocalist Ringo Waterman, guitarist Michael Demko, drummer Connor Haines, and bassist Ciro Abraham locked into a devastatingly brutal groove. Their sound is a violent storm, a relentless collision of metal and hardcore influences. The album also features the previously released sonic assaults “Vale of Tears,” “Die In Fear,” and “Afore A Waking Nightmare,” all hinting at the sheer rage contained within.

Regarding the new album, the band comments: “This album is the most collaborative we have ever been as a band, every person had a major hand in creating whether that be musically, lyrically or both. Itโ€™s also the first album we havenโ€™t self produced and having Randy Leboeuf on board was so invaluable, he really felt like a 5th member. Lyrically this is the most personal and pissed off we have ever been and we think everyone will be able to connect with many tracks on this record.”

MUGSHOT will be taking their sonic fury on the road all summer long in support of “All The Devils Are Here,” including performances at major festivals like Welcome To Rockville and Louder Than Life. Tickets are available now at https://mugshotca.com/.
