The countdown is officially on! Phoenix-based nu-metal powerhouse SICKSENSE is gearing up for the release of their highly anticipated debut full-length album, Cross Me Twice, arriving March 28th via Earache Records. As the final taste before the album’s drop, the band has just unveiled their electrifying new single, “Follow Me”, a track packed with raw emotion, crushing riffs, and anthemic melodies.
Co-vocalist Killer V shares the deep meaning behind the track:
“‘Follow Me’ is about two people being together at the wrong place at the wrong time in that point of their lives. It’s a story of realizing and acknowledging that they just aren’t meant to be together. It doesn’t mean they’re bad people, they just aren’t right for each other.
We’re all flawed, we’ve all done or said things we regret. Growth comes from learning from our mistakes, recognizing when we’re wrong, and moving forward.
I love that this is the final track on Cross Me Twice. It doesn’t leave on a positive or negative note—it leaves the future open with possibilities, just like our journey as a band.”

We faced challenges while making this album, parting ways with former members and bringing in new ones. Those struggles inspired the lyrics, making this our most personal and powerful record yet.
