The US electro-industrial act Flesh Field, led by founder Ian Ross, has just released a new single, “Allegiance.” This 2025 remastered version of the song is a taste of the forthcoming reissue of the group’s second album, Belief Control, which is set for release on October 31, 2025, via Metropolis Records.

This remastered version of “Allegiance” continues the momentum of Flesh Field’s resurrection. The group returned to the scene in 2023 with the new album Voice Of The Echo Chamber, followed by the Voice Of Reason EP in early 2024. In June 2025, they reissued a remastered version of their 1999 debut, Viral Extinction, as part of Metropolis Records’ plan to re-release the entire back catalog.
Originally released in 2001, Belief Control solidified Flesh Field’s status in the electro-industrial scene with its bombastic symphonic elements and intricate programming. After a hiatus that lasted nearly two decades, the bandβs music remained relevant, appearing in TV shows like True Blood and video games like Project Gotham Racing.
