Independent label FiXT is celebrating its 20th anniversary with FiXT: 20 Years of Noise, a retrospective compilation built around two decades of heavy electronics, industrial machinery, alternative rock and futuristic sonic experimentation.

Founded in 2006 by artist, producer and Celldweller mastermind Klayton, FiXT grew from an independent solution for his own career into an artist-owned record label, publisher and merchandise company with an international reach. Twenty years later, its catalog has crossed generations of electronic rock, industrial, metal, synthwave, cyberpunk, darksynth and bass-driven electronic music.

20 Years of Noise puts that evolution into perspective by bringing together music from artists who helped establish the FiXT identity alongside projects representing its modern era.

Two Decades of Noise, Evolution and Defiance

20 Years of Noise reaches across FiXT’s history, connecting staples including Celldweller’s “Switchback,” Blue Stahli’s “ULTRAnumb,” Circle of Dust’s “Contagion” and The Algorithm’s “floating point” with newer and continuing names such as Daedric, The Anix, ENMY, The Browning, Fight The Fade, Raizer, I Will Never Be The Same and Soul Extract. Rather than functioning as a conventional greatest-hits collection, the compilation traces how FiXT evolved while maintaining its appetite for polished, futuristic music that tears through the boundaries between rock, metal and electronics.

The celebration extends to a limited-edition 180-gram picture-disc vinyl featuring twelve selections from the label’s history. Its weathered deep-space technical-manual presentation and blueprint-inspired artwork turn the physical release into an extension of FiXT’s futuristic identity. The vinyl remains on pre-order, with shipping expected around November 30, 2026.
