BubbleMonk Powers Up “Electronic Disco”
BubbleMonk is back on Timewarp Records with Electronic Disco, a two-track electronic assault combining psychedelic sound design, acid-driven synthesis, and relentless dancefloor energy.
The release pairs “Acid Disco” with “Electronic Music,” clocking in at a combined 16 minutes and 42 seconds. While its title may suggest classic disco territory, the music is planted firmly in the psychedelic underground: both tracks are categorized within psytrance and Goa trance, continuing BubbleMonk’s relationship with a label dedicated to classic-style Goa trance produced with modern techniques. Acid Lines, Psytrance Pressure and Two Different Speeds
Opening track “Acid Disco” stretches across nine minutes, using twisting acid-synth lines and a persistent groove to create the EP’s more hypnotic side. “Electronic Music” follows with 7:42 of considerably faster momentum, pushing the release toward full-throttle psytrance territory.
