Jennifer Parkin enters a new chapter of AYRIA with 13 tracks spanning industrial aggression, dark electronics, synthpop and dancefloor energy.
Thirteen Stitches, One New Chapter
AYRIA has officially released 13 Stitches, bringing Jennifer Parkin’s latest era into full view after months of singles teasing just how wide its musical spectrum would become.
Released October 2 through Artoffact Records, the 13-track album follows the earlier arrival of songs including “Vicious World,” “Not My First Time,” “Long Gone” and “Overturn.” Together, those previews hinted that Parkin wasn’t interested in building an album around one narrowly defined version of AYRIA.
Instead, 13 Stitches moves between stomping industrial electronics, darker atmospheric territory, synthpop and club-driven rhythms while maintaining the sharp melodic identity that has long connected AYRIA’s different sides.
The complete tracklist features “Feeding Your Monsters,” “Turn of the Tide,” “Not My First Time,” “Long Gone,” “Vicious World,” “Manic,” “Antihero,” “Trickle Truth,” “Don’t Ever Touch Me Again,” “Overturn,” “We’re Not Relevant,” “Mr. Morals” and “Turn Into Gold.”

Rebuilding Through the Damage
At its core, 13 Stitches is being presented as an intensely personal rebirth.
That idea fits the title beautifully. Stitches don’t erase a wound — they’re evidence that something happened, while simultaneously representing the process of putting damaged pieces back together.
Parkin handles the album’s songwriting, programming, lyrics and vocals, with Sebastian R. Komor producing and mastering the record at Xenomorph Production Studio. Komor and Joe Byer of v01d also contribute additional elements to the album.
Musically, the record reconnects with several different eras of AYRIA rather than simply recreating one of them. “Vicious World” brought a particularly aggressive return to stomping EBM territory, while “Not My First Time” moved into a darker, pulsing mid-tempo space. Across the larger album, those contrasts become part of the point: 13 Stitches can hit hard without remaining there permanently.
The result is an album built around tension — vulnerability against defiance, melody against abrasion, and introspection against the physical energy of the dancefloor.
Physical collectors also have several versions available, including CD, deluxe boxed CD and dark-pink vinyl. The vinyl edition contains an 11-song sequence personally curated by Parkin because of the format’s runtime limitations, while still including the complete 13-track album digitally.

After the individual singles opened windows into different corners of the record, 13 Stitches finally reveals how those pieces fit together. AYRIA isn’t simply covering old wounds here. Jennifer Parkin is using them as material for something new — darker in places, harder in others, but unmistakably AYRIA throughout.
