Influential NOLA based heavy metal legends EXHORDER’s upcoming 4th album, Defectum Omnium, will be released March 8th with Nuclear Blast Records.
Exhorder was formed in 1985 in New Orleans and have been credited for originating the “groove metal” sound that influenced bands like Pantera, White Zombie, etc. The band now consists of founding vocalist/guitarist Kyle Thomas, bassist Jason VieBrooks, drummer Sasha Horn and lead guitarist Pat O’Brien (ex-Cannibal Corpse), who together have created a "face-smashing, HEAVY groove-laden, thrash record that’s gonna kick fans’ asses this year! "
