Despite their reputation for brutality, “Common Suffering” surprises with quieter moments, demonstrating expert songwriting that emphasizes light and shade. The band recorded the album with producer Will Yip at Studio 4 in Pennsylvania, leading to an ambitious sound and pushing new creative boundaries.

The album delves into collective experiences of chaos, misanthropy, and political upheaval. Tracks like “Cyanide” examine the impact of media outlets and disinformation. Kristina Esfandiari’s haunting vocals on “Undertow” add a unique dimension to the record. Pre-order/pre-save options are available here.
